Key Responsibilities

?? Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
?? Assist clients with reviews of their benefits, claims, and necessary modifications.
?? Deliver exceptional customer service and provide administrative support.
?? Proactively address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
?? Ensure all client documentation is accurate, current, and submitted punctually.
