Position Overview
As a Sales Setter, you??ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them take their first step toward a healthier lifestyle. Your role will involve engaging in conversations, qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls for our sales team.
This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for those passionate about fitness, sales, and making a difference.
Key Responsibilities
?? Initiate and manage conversations with prospective clients across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Email, etc.)
?? Qualify leads and schedule sales calls
?? Follow up with prospects who didn??t initially convert
?? Book at least 20 qualified sales calls per month
?? Participate in team huddles (Mon/Wed/Fri at 9:30 AM EST) and submit End-of-Day reports
?? Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM system

?? Sales Experience Preferred, But Not Required: We offer full training for the right candidate
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
?? Hourly Base Pay ($12/hour)
?? Performance-Based Commission for each qualified set
?? Flexible Part-Time Schedule (8-12 hours per week)
