Key Responsibilities

?? Manage accounts payable and receivable, facilitating timely payments and collections.
?? Prepare and submit necessary tax forms.
?? Generate comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
?? Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
?? Conduct regular checks to verify the precision of financial entries.

Required Skills
?? Demonstrated bookkeeping experience with a solid understanding of financial principles.
?? Exceptional data entry skills and a keen eye for detail.
?? Proficiency in accounting software (such as FreshBooks, Kashoo, or KashFlow) alongside advanced skills in MS Office and spreadsheets.
?? Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles, with a commitment to accuracy.
?? Excellent communication and organizational skills, coupled with a focus on customer service.

Qualifications
?? Proven experience in bookkeeping is essential.
