They will be the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing information about our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to improving the customer experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Working Hours: Flexible, with evening and weekend shifts required

Responsibilities:

1. Manage inbound customer calls and emails

2. Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly

3. Provide accurate information about our services and promotions

4. Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services

5. Document customer interactions for future reference

6. Work collaboratively with team members to improve the customer experience

7. Participate in training and development sessions to improve job performance

8. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops

Hourly Salary Range: $25-$45 (rotates timely within this range)

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in using computer systems

Prior customer service experience is a plus

Location: United States

Basic Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
