Requirements: ?? Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 375 lbs (including equipment). ?? Able to lift 60-80 lbs and climb ladders up to 36 feet. ?? Willing to work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors. ?? Comfortable with physically demanding tasks like kneeling or crawling. ?? A valid driver??s license is required. ?? Must pass a drug test, background check, and driving record assessment. ?? Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. ?? Must be available to start by 03/31/25. ?? Willing to travel to Kentwood, MI for training (hotel and expenses covered for eligible candidates).
