?? Temp to hire
?? All equipment provided
?? Training 2 weeks 8am-4:30pm, M-F
?? Post training schedule 8am to 4:30pm (Schedule may change after first 90 days)
What you will do:
?? Contact providers offices to obtain patient charts for insurance companies.
?? High call volume 100+ daily
What you need:
?? High school diploma or GED
?? Must have hard wired high speed internet
?? Contact Center/Telemarketing Experience
?? Customer Service and/or Sales Experience (Hospitality, Travel, Healthcare)
?? Computer skills and basic trouble shooting
How you will succeed:
?? Familiarity with Dialer Technology
?? Results driven
?? Professional phone etiquette
