ZayZoon is seeking a skilled CRM Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team and take ownership of maintaining, optimizing, and scaling our HubSpot CRM. In this role, you’ll oversee daily CRM administration, streamline workflows, enhance reporting and dashboards, and uphold data integrity, ensuring smooth operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • CRM Administration – Maintain and manage HubSpot, ensuring data cleanliness, integrity, and system efficiency.

  • Workflow & Automation Support – Build and troubleshoot workflows, sequences, and automation to improve process efficiency.

  • Reporting & Dashboards – Assist in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success insights.

  • User Support & Enablement – Provide troubleshooting support, manage user access, and ensure best practices in CRM usage.

  • Data Management – Assist with data imports, deduplication, and cleanup to enhance reporting accuracy.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM administration with HubSpot

  • Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes

  • Experience building workflows, reports, and dashboards within HubSpot

  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy and organization

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide internal support
