Your role at Hostinger
Creative Copy Team Lead in the Creatives team. As part of Hostinger'sCreatives team, you'll be responsible for leading the team of creative copywriters. You also need to be able to create
short-form advertising copy that performs, engages, and delivers results (brand trust and new billings) while aligning with Hostinger???s brand values, image, and voice.Curious to learn more? Connect with your team: Hi, my name is

1. Define and develop our brand look and feel.
2. Produce advertising materials for diverse global markets.

Your day-to-day
Your skills and experience
Native-level American English user (Certificate or proven expertise required). This is important. Hostinger operates in many different markets and languages. American English is the background language we use to craft our creative copy.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. This is a must. Your grammar and sense of writing style need to knock me off my feet.
Understanding of what???s good and bad copy ??? and the reasons why (lack of skills, lack of knowledge, wrong sources, process problems, etc.). So you could celebrate achievements or provide feedback and fixes.
Your principles match Hostinger???s work principles. I expect you to bring an attitude of ownership and no-nonsense to the team, handle giving and receiving feedback well, invite yourself to conversations where you feel you???ll add value, and be confident and flexible working in iterations to change course if the team needs it.
A strategic storyteller. I expect somebody who can craft compelling hooks and tell creative stories that stand out with a strategic, results-oriented approach to ensure both our brand and performance are working in sync.
Candidates must submit a portfolio to be considered. I don???t think years of experience define your proficiency as a copywriter. But I want to see the lines you have written and the projects you have led so far.
