HYPEMAKER is looking for an Associate Art Director who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces challenges.

This position requires a flexible and boundary-pushing mindset to develop creative proposals for a wide range of projects, including video and image-based campaigns, pop-ups, packaging, and branding.

The Associate Art Director plays a key role in the creative team, developing campaign concepts, generating visual ideas, and closely collaborating with the Art Director and Creative Director.

Beyond design execution, this position oversees creative planning and production processes, working with brands and external partners to drive creative projects forward. Additionally, the AAD will manage schedules and production workflows related to shoots and creative execution.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Art Director and Creative Director to develop creative direction.

Work on branding campaigns, advertisements, social media content, and presentation materials.

Develop visual concepts and creative strategies aligned with brand identity.

Support creative execution for advertising and production projects.

Assist in design planning with consideration for shoots and production.

Create advertising and marketing visual assets.

Develop and refine design elements for projects and campaigns.

Support creative production processes, including photo and video shoots.

Manage schedules and workflows for external collaborators such as photographers and video teams.

Oversee budgeting and cost negotiations for creative projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

1???3 years of experience in Art Direction or related creative fields.

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.

Experience in advertising and branding design (Portfolio required).

Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.

Ability to develop visual concepts reflecting brand identity and trends.

Experience with graphic design for photo and video production (Video editing skills are a plus).

Understanding of production workflows for photo and video projects.

Experience working with external vendors and freelancers (e.g., studios, photographers, etc.).

Ability to work closely with Creative Directors and Art Directors in a collaborative environment.

Strong communication skills for coordinating across multiple teams and managing feedback.

Proficiency in English.

Strong project management skills (Detail-oriented and highly organized).

Experience in budgeting and cost negotiation.

Experience with video production and editing (Premier, After Effects proficiency preferred).

Experience in digital content production (social media, web, advertising visuals, etc.).

Background in branding (fashion, lifestyle, tech industry experience preferred).
