About the Role:
We???re looking for a Product Manager who???s ready to roll up their sleeves and help evolve our customer experience platform. In this role you???ll think deeply about how to take large sets of logistics data and create intuitive and enjoyable experiences for logistic service providers and their clients. This role requires an eye for design best practices, deep customer empathy, and a desire for great user experiences.
You???ll work collaboratively with peers across the company to come up with creative, user-friendly solutions to logistics needs. You???ll gain an understanding of the logistic management systems and use learnings to find opportunities to turn data into an enriched customer experience. You???ll conduct research, interview customers, partner with design and engineering to develop viable solutions, and collaborate with marketing and customer enablement to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new features. You???ll go deep into customer pain points, make data-driven decisions, and ship products that customers love and that drive real business impact for Logixboard and its customers.

The salary range for this role is $125,600 - $155,000, plus equity. Where your pay would fall within that range will be based on 1) relevant experience, knowledge, and skills, as demonstrated through the interview process, 2) by considering parity with current LXB team members, and 3) current market data
