Position Summary:
This is a part time (20 hour/week) Non Exempt position.
The Spiritual Care Coordinator will provide holistic and compassionate leadership, training, and direction to a team of Spiritual Care Navigators, as well as individuals and families facing serious illness, advanced illness, palliative care, and end-of-life transitions. This role involves offering emotional, spiritual, and practical support to those dealing with health challenges through bedside visits, outreach, creative arts workshops, and other faith-based programs. The specialist will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working to meet the diverse spiritual needs of patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring dignity, peace, and comfort during times of significant health crises.

This role is covered by the collective bargaining agreement.
