En esta posici??n trabajar??s junto a profesionales de primer nivel en el desarrollo de proyectos para importantes empresas en la regi??n, los que desafiar??n y potenciar??n tus habilidades. Llevar??s a cabo soluciones para diferentes tipolog??as de proyectos, dependiendo del requerimiento de nuestros clientes. Ser??s parte de un equipo que trabaja de manera flexible y con habilidades de primer nivel. r trabaja con los socios de negocio, integradores, desarrolladores y testers para alinear las soluciones tecnol??gicas con las estrategias del negocio.

Responsabilidades

Como SME Riesgos IT, participar??s en el desarrollo de proyectos realizando diversas actividades, tales como:

- Facilitar las sesiones de recopilaci??n de requisitos con los principales interesados ??????y expertos en la materia, desarrollando la documentaci??n necesaria.

- Desarrollar requisitos claros y concisos para los desarrolladores t??cnicos.

- Reconocer las necesidades del negocio y las implicaciones del cambio, formulando posibles soluciones.

- Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo t??cnico para asegurar que todos los requisitos se aborden correctamente y apoyarlos durante el dise??o y desarrollo.

- Validar la soluci??n entregada antes de su implementaci??n y gestionar el ciclo de vida de la implementaci??n.

- Conocimientos y experiencia con la creaci??n o mantenimiento de soluciones y/o sistemas de riesgo.

- Capacidad para entender los registros de herramientas y ejecutar consultas en bases de datos para revisar errores o cambios en el modelo de datos.

Habilidades y experiencias

- T??tulo universitario en Ingenier??a (Sistemas de Informaci??n, Telecomunicaciones u otras ??reas relevantes).

- M??s de 4 a??os de experiencia t??cnica y funcional relevante en dominios TI para banca.

- Experiencia en aplicaciones bancarias core y arquitecturas de Riesgo y Cumplimiento (AML, Cobranza, decisiones de riesgo crediticio).

- Conocimiento demostrado de metodolog??as ??giles/Lean.

- Experiencia en convertir requisitos de negocio y funcionales en casos de uso, ??picos e historias de usuario con criterios de aceptaci??n. Experiencia con herramientas como JIRA, Confluence, entre otras.

- Experiencia en proyectos de entrega de software y comprensi??n de herramientas como Harness, Bamboo, Bitbucket.

- Habilidades s??lidas en evaluaci??n de riesgos, resoluci??n de problemas, negociaci??n e influencia.

- Capacidad para interactuar con desarrolladores y socios de negocio para lograr resultados.

- Experiencia pr??ctica en la implementaci??n de proyectos bancarios IT, especialmente en programas de transformaci??n bancaria core.

- Conocimiento funcional y t??cnico demostrable en arquitecturas de Riesgo y Cumplimiento, como integraci??n de Bur??s de Cr??dito (Equifax, Experian...), motores de decisiones (Modellica, Provenir, Experian...), herramientas AML (Norkom, FCM???), herramientas y arquitecturas de Cobranza, etc.

- Conocimiento relevante de los flujos de negocio en las ??reas mencionadas.

- Experiencia en entornos de banca digital y proyectos, desde una perspectiva tanto de core banking como de front-end, con un enfoque en alta disponibilidad, rendimiento y funcionamiento online.
