We believe in the power of 1:1 education to support students holistically and inspire a love of learning, confidence, and self-advocacy. Our organization comprises three branches: our accredited homeschool Pacific Preparatory, our after-school tutoring program Tutor Corps, and our nonprofit scholarship program through the Tutor Corps Foundation. We strive to inspire a love of learning in students of all backgrounds and abilities and provide exceptional instruction in all K-12 subjects.
We are currently seeking instructors with expertise in the following areas:
Languages:
?? American Sign Language (ASL) ?? all proficiency levels
Who We??re Looking For:
We??re seeking thoughtful, dedicated tutors who value creating meaningful relationships with their students. We take a holistic approach to our work, prioritizing social-emotional learning alongside academic achievement.
Instructors who work with us must have:
?? A minimum of one year of instructional experience
?? A bachelor??s degree
?? Superb written and verbal communication skills
?? Confidence using Zoom and online teaching tools
?? Teaching credentials are a bonus but not required
