Position Overview

Requirements
? Residency: Must be based in the United States.
? Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
? Experience:
? 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related field (preferred).
? Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus).
? Skills:
? Strong verbal and written communication.
? Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
? Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns.
? Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
