Position Type: Full-time/Part-time (Remote)

Salary Range: $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities: ?? Provide administrative support to Southwest Airlines teams, including data entry, scheduling, and managing correspondence. ?? Assist with customer inquiries via email, chat, and other online platforms, ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy. ?? Maintain and organize digital records and documentation. ?? Coordinate virtual meetings and assist with agenda preparation. ?? Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency. ?? Conduct basic research and compile reports as needed. ?? Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
