Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
?? Participating in an 11-week full-time internship from May 28 ?? August 8, 2025.
?? Engaging in real work experience with a team in your business area.
?? Leading or contributing to projects while participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities.
?? Building "Aetna Insights" using cloud-agnostic and open-source technologies.
?? Automating telemetry data collection and developing machine learning, analytics, and Generative AI solutions.
?? Delivering technology initiatives and building trusted relationships with peer groups and business partners.
About You:
Candidates should possess the following:
?? Experience designing and building software applications with proficiency in Python & JavaScript.
?? Familiarity with building and training M/L models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
?? Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, statistical concepts, data modeling, and model performance.
?? Leadership experience and strong communication skills.
?? Experience with Cloud development, CI/CD pipelines, and databases.
?? Currently pursuing a Bachelor??s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026.
Compensation & Benefits:
?? Hourly rate of $23.00 with 40 hours per week.
?? July 4th off (company holiday) and two days of paid leave.
?? A housing stipend may be provided based on eligibility.
?? Hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days remote.

Career Progression:
