? $16 hourly
? Temp to hire
? All equipment provided
? Training 2 weeks 8am-4:30pm, M-F
? Post training schedule 8am to 4:30pm (Schedule may change after first 90 days)
What you will do:
? Contact providers offices to obtain patient charts for insurance companies.
? High call volume 100+ daily
What you need:
? High school diploma or GED
? Must have hard wired high speed internet
? Contact Center/Telemarketing Experience
? Customer Service and/or Sales Experience (Hospitality, Travel, Healthcare)
? Computer skills and basic trouble shooting
How you will succeed:
? Familiarity with Dialer Technology
? Results driven
? Professional phone etiquette
