Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via chat and provide outstanding customer service ? Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner ? Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records ? Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction ? Stay up-to-date with AT&T products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred ? Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or work from home environment ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy ?
