We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing to establish and lead the company's first formal marketing function. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's brand identity, creating compelling messaging and content, and driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

The SVP will oversee integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels while collaborating closely with internal teams. This is a unique opportunity to build a marketing foundation in a high-growth, private equity-backed company and make a transformational impact.
Key Responsibilities
?Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
?Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events. Monitor and adjust strategies based on campaign performance and data analysis.
?Brand Development: Manage the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels.
?Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a growing marketing team. Collaborate with cross-functional departments (sales, product development, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts support overall company goals.
?Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI. Provide regular reports on marketing initiatives' performance.
?Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing strategies, including website management, SEO, SEM, and social media. Stay updated on digital trends and incorporate them into marketing efforts.
?Public Relations & Media: Cultivate relationships with media outlets and key industry influencers. Lead public relations efforts to enhance the company's image and manage crisis communications when needed.
?Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools to track and measure the success of marketing activities. Regularly provide management with reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
?Market Segmentation & Targeting: Identify target customer segments and develop marketing strategies to effectively engage and convert these audiences.
?Compliance: Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
?Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and promote the brand.
Qualifications
?Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
?Experience: 15+ years of experience in strategic marketing roles, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and execute successful campaigns.
?Skills:
?Expertise in marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
?Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
?Exceptional analytical skills to assess marketing effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions.
?Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
