HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities Include:
?Install, test, and maintain HVAC systems including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration units.
?Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
?Replace filters, clean coils, and perform other necessary maintenance tasks to extend the life of HVAC systems.
?Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
?Provide accurate troubleshooting reports and determine the root cause of system failures.
?Replace or repair faulty components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
?Communicate effectively with customers to explain HVAC issues, repairs, and recommendations.
?Provide advice and guidance to customers on energy-saving tips, system upgrades, and maintenance best practices.
?Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
?Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards when working with HVAC equipment.
?Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and hours worked.
?Work with other team members and departments as needed for large-scale installations or service projects.
?Assist in training apprentices or less experienced technicians as needed.

Requirements
?5+ years' of experience in HVAC service work.
?Commercial experience.
?Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers.
?Professional appearance and demeanor.
?Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
?Neat, clean and organized.
?Great work ethic.
