Qualifications
?State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
?Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
?Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Case Management.
?Trauma Level Experience Trauma level 1+.
?EMR Must have experience with EMRs.
?Skills Assessment CMA skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
?Additional Confirmations I have previous experience with large facilities (200+ beds).
?Additional Confirmations I am willing to work a day / night rotation.
?Additional Confirmations I have 6 months of Level 1 experience within the last 2 years.
?Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
?COVID Vaccine Medical & religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
?Travel Contract Local contracts within 75.0 miles not accepted.
?Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
