About the Team: AT&T? Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain (WTSC) Strategy Team focuses on collaborative problem-solving, strategic analysis, and analytical support to directly impact billions of dollars of AT&T? cost structure and future investments, while driving best-in-class practices across AT&T? vast supply chain and wireline networks.
Role Responsibilities: ?Support for thought leadership and strategic analysis on fast-paced, complex opportunities and challenges facing AT&T? Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain organization. ?Fact-based negotiation support, including industry analytics, competitive event strategy, and ?hould cost?negotiation benchmarking. ?Best-in-class market intelligence including M&A monitoring, supplier financial health assessments, and supply chain visibility to best position AT&T for success. ?Support for creative, strategic solutions to drive meaningful transformation for AT&T? operations and cost structure.

Required Qualifications: ?1+ years of experience with management consulting, analytics, strategy, or related experience. ?Bachelor? degree in Business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a Supply Chain related field. ?Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills. ?Ability to provide structured thinking to deconstruct complex problems and help advance strategic initiatives with data-driven solutions. ?Ability to work with multiple sources of data to develop financial and operational models. ?Strong communication (both oral and written) and presentation skills. ?Effective leadership and teamwork skills working with cross-functional teams. ?Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering against tight deadlines. ?Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity. ?Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications: ?3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or another highly strategic/analytical role; ideally with exposure to the telecommunications or technology industries. ?Exposure to software, mechanical, and electrical engineering concepts.
Salary Information:
?Strategy Analyst - Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain earn between $71,900.00 - $107,900.00 annually in Dallas, TX and between $62,200.00 - $96,400.00 annually in Atlanta, GA.
?Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
