Job Description
As an Owner-Operator with a Box Truck (Non-CDL) or Hotshot Van, you will transport freight on dedicated lanes, Amazon relay routes, and same-day expedited loads. We offer no forced dispatch, access to premium load boards, and flexible scheduling to maximize your earnings.

Responsibilities
?Pick up & deliver Amazon warehouse freight or expedited loads
?Ensure on-time deliveries & efficient route planning
?Maintain ELD logs (if required) and compliance with DOT regulations
?Communicate with dispatch & warehouse teams for smooth operations
?Keep truck or van clean and well-maintained for optimal performance
Requirements
? Must Own or Lease a Box Truck (16ft-26ft) or Hotshot Van (Sprinter, Cargo Van, etc.)
? Valid Driver? License (CDL Not Required for Box Trucks Under 26,000 GVWR)
? Active DOT & MC Authority (Or lease under our authority)
? Minimum 3-6 months of driving experience (Preferred but not required)
? Ability to pass a background check & drug test
? Amazon Relay or Load Board Access (Preferred, but not required)
Compensation & Benefits
Earnings: $3,500 - $12,000+ per month (Based on route & load availability)
