REMOTE WORK FROM HOME - Full-Time Information Technology Service Desk / Help Desk position (Texas)
Job Description:
As an IT Service Desk Staff member, you will provide remote support to a large retail client. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to general IT
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote IT support to clients
- Assist with basic IT inquiries and support requests
- Document and track support requests in a ticketing system
- Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older. Background checks are performed.
- Basic IT fundamental experience with minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or higher level education (associates or bachelors degree)
- Minimum internet connection of 20MB
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
