Key Responsibilities
? Accurately input data into the system while managing a consistent stream of images.
? Determine document types based on supplied materials.
? Review and verify data to meet or surpass established quality standards.
? Safeguard the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
? Collaborate effectively with team members as necessary.
? Proactively suggest enhancements for job processes and workflows.
? Complete all daily tasks in a timely manner.
? Undertake additional office duties as assigned.
Required Skills
? Self-motivated with a robust work ethic.
? Proficient in multitasking and maintaining efficiency.
? Highly focused with the ability to remain on task.
? Exceptional attention to detail.
? Quick learner with the capacity to follow both simple and complex instructions.
? Capable of maintaining confidentiality for client data.
? Proficient in English (verbal and written).
? Typing proficiency of at least 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy.
? Permanent authorization to work in the United States is required.

Compensation And Benefits
? Competitive hourly rate: $12 per hour.
? Availability of both full-time (preferred) and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
? Flexible shifts available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
