Virtual Moderator (Remote)
? Create segment schedule for Activity Plan
? Maintains advanced working knowledge of relevant applications, services, technologies, team-based productivity tools
? Provide assistance with software and/or technology hiccups to maintain an organized session
? Oversee necessary paperwork including but not limited to material lists, attendance logs, and Medisk hours
? Lead various segments through the day that will engage people receiving service
? Support organizational development by working collaboratively with team to assess knowledge, skill and ability gaps and needs within the program
? Provide oversight for review and evaluation of training new Moderators
Requirements
? A High School Diploma or GED
? 1 years of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities.
? Advanced knowledge of computer technology, including but not limited to logging in to a Zoom session, trouble shooting, screen share, and muting
? Ability to captivate people in attendance with prepared segments
