Job Description
Hands-on experience with Kore.ai chatbot development.
Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java, and RESTful API development.
Strong understanding of NLP, AI/ML concepts, and chatbot architecture.
Experience integrating chatbots with enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, databases, etc.).
Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, and API security best practices.
Familiarity with webhooks, event-driven architectures, and cloud services.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
