This role presents a unique chance to significantly enhance the lives of our members while enjoying the convenience and flexibility of a work-from-home environment.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for members, delivering exceptional support and service.</li><li>Address a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.</li><li>Assist members in navigating benefit inquiries, ID card requests, eligibility verifications, billing concerns, and payment processing.</li><li>Maintain accurate records through data entry and updates to member profiles.</li><li>Document interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance using dual-screen technology.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong dedication to customer service excellence.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in multitasking and managing various tasks effectively.</li><li>Ability to utilize dual-screen technology efficiently.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to member satisfaction.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>A minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment or 2+ years in customer service roles.</li><li>Capability to pass the required assessment.</li><li>Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including weekends.</li><li>Experience in healthcare is advantageous, though not mandatory.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Compensation And Benefits<br><br></strong><ul><li>Compensation during training: $21.63/hr</li><li>Post-training compensation: $22.66/hr</li><li>Training period: 12 weeks with a variable schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM MST and 11:30 AM-8:00 PM MST.</li><li>Following training, a fixed schedule will be established with potential adjustments based on call volume, with advance notice provided.</li><li>Availability for weekend shifts is essential; shifts may commence as early as 7:00 AM MST and conclude as late as 9:30 PM MST (Monday-Sunday).
