Description

Responsibilities: ? Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions. ? Handles any walk-in customers. ? Collects payments. ? Makes policy changes. ? Assists with claims paperwork that is requested by the claim?s representatives. ? Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients. ? Any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements for Success:
? High school diploma or GED equivalent.
? 1 year of customer service experience.
? Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years.
? Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
? Strong communication skills.
? Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
