Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

    Duties
  • Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
  • Develop leads and establish new client relationships
  • Provide guidance on selecting the most suitable insurance plans
  • Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
  • Assist clients with claims processes and policy modifications
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
    Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance sales
  • Proficiency in other languages is a plus (multilingual)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and benefits administration
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in outside sales is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
