Licensed Insurance Agent/Customer Service
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Duties
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop leads and establish new client relationships
- Provide guidance on selecting the most suitable insurance plans
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
- Assist clients with claims processes and policy modifications
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
- Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance sales
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus (multilingual)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and benefits administration
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in outside sales is advantageous
