Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven individual for Insurance Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions to protect their assets. Whether you're an experienced insurance professional or looking to start a new career in sales, we provide the training and support you need for success!
Key Responsibilities: ? Generate sales and leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, designated lead source, and marketing efforts. ? Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. ? Explain policy features, coverage options, and benefits to potential clients. ? Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and excellent service. ? Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. ? Stay up to date on industry trends, policy changes, and new products. ? Available Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Qualifications: ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus (insurance experience preferred but not required). ? Must obtain or possess a valid insurance license (training available for the right candidate).
