Responsibilities
? Sell auto, home, life, and business insurance policies to new and existing customers
? Cross-sell and upsell to our current book of business
? Build and maintain strong client relationships
? Follow up on provided leads and generate additional opportunities through referrals
? Educate clients on coverage options to help them make informed decisions

Requirements
? Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping people
? Excellent communication and customer service skills
? Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment
? Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
? Must obtain or already have a Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license (we can guide you through the process)
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or finance is preferred.
