What You'll Be Doing
?? Technical & Quality Support (50%)
? Assist the Sales Manager in understanding product specifications and applications
? Manage product data, including technical data sheets, quality reports, and customer requirements
? Oversee product sample management
? Support quality assurance for process oils and waxes
?? Business & Event Coordination (50%)
? Arrange conferences, trade shows, and team meetings (including booth setup, travel, and logistics)
? Prepare business development materials in collaboration with the marketing team
? Assist in tracking projects, managing milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met
? Handle calendar management, expense reporting, and administrative support
