Medicare Telesales Agent

We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Medicare Agent to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:

This is a full time, W2 position where you will receive 10-15 inbound calls each day! We offer a starting hourly rate of $20 per hour, plus a weekly bonus where you can earn up to an additional $1,000 a week based on performance.

Duties
? Educate clients about Medicare plans and options available to them.
? Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
? Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks.
? Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
? Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
? Stay updated on industry trends, changes in Medicare regulations, and new products.

Qualifications
? Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
? Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
? Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
? Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
? A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
? Must possess relevant licenses or certifications as required by state regulations.
