The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing benefit claims with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the health and/or dental insurance industry with a comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, claims processing systems, and insurance reimbursement practices. He or she should be a self-starter with a proven track record of success in managing claims operations, and possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Process and manage health and dental benefit claims accurately and efficiently. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, claims processing systems, and insurance reimbursement practices. Provide customer service to clients and answer any inquiries or concerns regarding claims processing and management. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to claims processing and management. Maintain accurate records of all claims processing activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing speed and accuracy. Monitor the status of all claims and adjust processes accordingly to ensure timely claims processing. Stay abreast of changes in the insurance industry and adjust processes accordingly. Monitor claims processing systems for performance and accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality claims processing services.
