Responsibilities
? Cross sell products and services

? Comply with established policy and procedures

? Maintain privacy and confidentiality of member information
,
? Receive member telephone calls
,
? Process deposits and disburse cash or check withdrawals
,
? Verify transactions
,
? Monitor deposit amounts and examine documents for endorsement and negotiability
,
? Detect and resolve discrepancies promptly
,
? Process loan and VISA credit card payments
,
? Process transfer requests
,
? Process cash advance, cashiers check and money order requests
,
? Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals
,
? Daily vault balancing and cash coordination
,
? Provide assistance with bank wires
,
? Answer questions and solve problems for members
,
? Troubleshoot online banking and bill pay problems for members
,
? Answer basic IRA questions for members
,
? Issue temporary checks and process check orders
,
? Perform file maintenance and account changes as needed
,
? File documents
,
? Process incoming and outgoing mail
,
? Other duties as assigned
Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent required
,
? Cash handling experience
,
? Good communication skills
,
? Good math skills
,
? Professional appearance, dress and attitude
,
? Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment
,
? Ability to sit and/or stand for periods of up to two hours or more
,
? Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
,
? Must have reliable transportation
