At Elevance Health, we are looking for an experienced and organized Behavioral Health Appeals Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling appeals for behavioral health services for our members. Our ideal candidate will be a passionate and detail-oriented individual who is invested in ensuring that our members receive the best possible care.The Behavioral Health Appeals Coordinator will be a part of the Appeals & Grievances department and will report to the Manager of Appeals & Grievances. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. The ideal candidate must have a commitment to providing exceptional service to our members and be able to effectively manage competing priorities.To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the managed care industry and have knowledge of behavioral health services. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
