A law firm is seeking an experienced and dedicated Insurance Defense Attorney to join their team in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation and will manage a diverse caseload, represent clients in court, and provide legal advice on insurance matters. Duties:
? Represent clients in all stages of insurance defense litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings.
? Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
? Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on insurance defense matters.
? Provide clients with comprehensive legal advice and guidance on insurance claims, coverage issues, and liability.
? Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings.
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and legal professionals.
? Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
? Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
? Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
? Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to insurance defense.

Requirements: ? 2-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation. ? Admission to the Georgia State Bar. ? Proven track record of handling insurance defense cases. ? Strong understanding of insurance law and legal procedures. ? Excellent negotiation and communication skills. ? Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Education:
? Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
? Active membership and good standing with the Georgia State Bar.
