Responsibilities: ? Find clients: Use marketing strategies to attract new clients ? Educate clients: Explain the features of different health insurance policies ? Help clients choose a plan: Consider clients' financial situation, existing coverage, and long-term goals ? Process applications: Enroll clients in their chosen plan ? Calculate premiums: Use clients' medical information and other factors to calculate premiums ? Handle claims: Help clients settle claims by communicating with the insurance company ? Maintain client records: Keep track of clients' health insurance information ? Stay up-to-date: Keep informed about changes in the health insurance industry and healthcare laws ? Provide customer service: Respond to clients' questions and concerns ? Renew policies: Handle policy renewals and analyze current policies for changes
