About the position

Rocky Mountain Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Teller for their Aurora branch. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in the financial industry, with on-the-job training provided to ensure success in the role. The Teller will be responsible for processing a variety of financial transactions, both in person and through electronic channels, while maintaining a high standard of customer service. The position is based in-office at the Credit Union's branch located at 992 Potomac Circle, Aurora, CO 80011, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and occasional early starts at 7:00 am. As a Teller, you will manage and balance a cash drawer, prepare daily paperwork, and engage in cross-selling to enhance member relationships. Quality member service is paramount, and you will be expected to provide specific account information, assist members with transactions, and answer inquiries regarding the Credit Union's products and services. The role emphasizes service and sales delivery at the highest level to meet the Credit Union's goals and objectives. You will also be required to complete ongoing training on BSA/AML regulations and Credit Union policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, above-average listening abilities, and the capability to type accurately while operating a computer terminal. A general knowledge of banking operations is beneficial, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving. The position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. A professional attitude and appearance are essential, along with adherence to the Credit Union's policies and procedures, ensuring trust, privacy, and confidentiality in all interactions.

Responsibilities
