First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Compliance Administrator to join the Service Delivery Division (SDD) Team. In this role, you will responsible for the oversight of compliance requirements and the performance of specific tasks relating to IRS rules for Non-Resident Aliens (NRAs) and Foreign Account Tax compliance Act (FATCA) for foreign entities and the performance of specific tasks relating to IRS rules for W-9 certifications and IRS B-Notices. Assists the SDD Compliance Office with various compliance-related issues as well as maintaining department reports and tracking documents.
Compensation
The annual pay range for this role is $42,700 - $58,000/year; commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00PM; hours may vary.
The ideal candidate will have:
? High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience required
? Associate's degree in business or equivalent banking experience in branch operations and/or administration preferred
? 2 years of experience in banking required
? Able to plan organize and budget
? Good written and verbal communication
? Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
? Possesses attention to detail with exellent follow-through
? Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
? Good time management skills
? Must be proficient in Microsoft 356 suite of applications
? Exellent communication skills
? Must be detail oriented with excellent organization skills to perform multiple tasks simultaneously within strict timeframes
? Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
