JOB SUMMARY:

At Stolle Machinery, we?re seeking a Risk Analyst that will utilize their knowledge of enterprise risk management to achieve four main objectives: 1) identifying and naming risks impacting our business; 2) designing and implementing risk mitigation plans to address identified risks; 3) support the business by navigating matters related to insurance and risk transfer; and 4) educate fellow colleagues on basic principles of navigating risk management.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
? Develops and implements standards, policies and processes related to risk management;
? Develops and implements contingency plans to manage business interruptions, volatile market events, and other emergencies;
? Drafts and delivers reports and presentations to internal stakeholders outlining findings, identified risks, and recommended solutions;
? Assists the business by reviewing customer contracts and related insurance requests;
? Ensures that all claims are handled appropriately from initial reporting to final resolution in order to avoid delays in claims processing, including payments or reimbursements.
? Manages the relationship with third party service providers such as brokers and underwriters.
? Manages data gathering for Property & Casualty Insurance policy renewals and policy audits ? policy types include:

Cyber

Property

Auto

Executive Risk

Foreign Package

Umbrella

Ocean Cargo

Ocean Cargo

Auto Insurance Cards

COI?s to Customers

Manufacturer?s E&O Policy
? Maintains knowledge of existing and developing laws and regulations related to the manufacturing industry;
? Assesses and explains how new requirements may affect the organization in terms of risk exposure

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Minimal requirements for education, knowledge and experience:
? Bachelor?s Degree in Business preferred (Disciplines such as Business Management, Economics, Finance or Accounting)
? Insurance industry certifications, such as CRM or CIC, required
? Positive attitude and willingness to learn
? Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work well with variety of roles within organization
? Attention to detail
? Ability to problem solve independently
? Intermediate level Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills are preferred
? Ability to effectively prioritize and organize work

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: This position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
? Work schedule generally consists of 40 hours per week, which may include on-call status, evenings, and/or weekends.
? Ability to lift/maneuver up to 20 pounds.
