What You?ll Do:
? Develop & Maintain Software ? Write, troubleshoot, and optimize in-house applications that interact with our ERP system
? Database Management ? Create and maintain SQL scripts and database-driven applications
? Report Development ? Design and support custom reports using Crystal Reports
? User Support & Documentation ? Work directly with end-users to understand their needs and document software solutions
? Integration & Data Handling ? Import/export data files for third-party services and evaluate new software for integration
? Stay Up-to-Date ? Keep an eye on new development trends and best practices
What We?re Looking For:
? Experience in software development ? .NET, Visual Basic, or similar languages preferred
? Basic SQL knowledge ? Microsoft SQL Server experience is a plus
? Understanding of software development fundamentals
? Ability to learn new languages and technology as needed
? Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
? Bachelor's degree preferred in software development, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
What to Expect:
? Work Environment ? Office-based role with occasional physical activity (lifting up to 25-50 lbs)
? Schedule ? Full-time, 40 hours per week, occasional evening or weekend work as needed
? Minimal Travel ? One annual developer conference trip
