Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Vice President Corporate Network Policy & Planning, this role oversees, defines, plans, and executes the enterprise-wide Provider Network Management Training and Communication strategy. ;This role will oversee and lead a team of Corporate Provider Network Management (CPNM) communication and training professionals to deliver best-in-class services and solutions when it comes to Provider Network Management, both as a Center of Excellence and as a consultant/resource to each of our local markets, PNM associates and their provider communities. This includes setting the direction for standardized, consistent Enterprise and/or Market-specific provider communication, education, and training resources, requiring a strategic partnership and strong collaboration with market leaders and local PNM teams. ;Furthermore, this role will ensure we capture insights and feedback, assess and upskill associates and/or providers to drive continuous improvement and optimization, and overall meet or exceed our provider partnership and experience goals.;

Education/Experience:
? Bachelor?s degree required; Master?s degree in Adult Education and Training preferred.
? 10 years of leadership experience in a large-scale, highly regulated industry, overseeing training, development, and workforce education initiatives within managed care, government programs (Medicare/Medicaid), pharmacy benefit management, Exchange, and/or behavioral health programs. Must have extensive expertise in designing, facilitating, and implementing comprehensive learning and development programs that drive organizational success.
? Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide training functions, develop curriculum, and establish learning strategies that align with business objectives.
? Strong foundation in Provider Network Management, Provider Contracting, and Training Provider communities, ensuring compliance, performance optimization, and process improvements.
? Skilled in training and upskilling associates (Provider Network teams and/or providers in managed care), enhancing knowledge retention and professional growth.
? Track record of implementing communication innovations and driving solutions that improve differentiation across diverse markets.
? Success in navigating matrix environments, collaborating across functions, and influencing stakeholders in multiple markets.
? Experienced in mentoring, leadership coaching, and talent development, fostering high-performance teams.

? Recognized for business collaboration and conflict resolution abilities, strengthening partnerships, and driving engagement at all levels.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, webinar/conferencing tools, and Provider Portal systems to enhance operational efficiency.
? Adept at strategic problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and continuous process improvements to streamline training initiatives.
? Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
? Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and leadership in times of change.
? Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays.
