In this role, you will: Participate in low to moderately complex residential and commercial valuation initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within scope of responsibilities Perform basic valuation management reviews, valuations, inspections, quality oversights, and consult on low-to-medium risk level issues and deliverables Review, analyze or prepare basic valuation reports to ensure appropriate content and compliance with federal, regulatory, and bank policy Present recommendations for resolving situations with low to moderate complexity, and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, processes, and compliance requirements Provide information, collaborate, and consult with collateral examiners, peers, internal partners and managers Interact and manage business relationships Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Valuations, Lending, Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Active Certified Residential Appraisal License (or greater) Collateral Management System (CMS) experience Administrative review experience Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills Job Expectation: This position is Fully Remote Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
