Digital Product Manager
Join us as a Digital Product Manager. At Barclays, our vision is clear ?to redefine the future of banking and help craft innovative solutions. In this role you will work with the regional head of Digital and Data in executing and expanding Barclays' Digital strategy, with a focus on increasing revenue from Cash Management and Trade Finance. You will oversee the entire digital product suite, including online banking, Host to Host integrations, SWIFT, APIs, Virtual Accounts, mobile apps, and self-service features. By collaborating with clients, sales, implementation, and service teams, you'll work to improve the client experience, speed up revenue generation, and assist with product demonstrations and responding to RFPs. Additionally, you will track pipeline performance and channel usage to identify new business opportunities.
To be successful as Digital Product Manager, you should have experience with:
? Transaction Banking, particularly in Product Management or Product Development within Cash Management and/or Trade Finance
? Knowledge of Digital solutions (Online, H2H, Swift, APIs) and payment and reporting formats (e.g., NACHA, XML, BAI2, CAMT)
? Ability to translate technical details into clear concepts for business stakeholders
? Experience working with cross-functional teams across countries and time zones

Minimum Salary: $145,000
Maximum Salary: $215,000

Purpose of the role
To develop and manage the success of specific financial products and services, providing in-depth expertise on a particular product line, bridging the gap between product development, marketing, sales, and customer service.
Accountabilities
? Provision of SME expertise on specific products and services to customers and colleagues, including features, functionalities, benefits, limitations, risks and compliance.
? Identification of market trends, new features, regulatory requirements and potential risks, and analysis of data obtained from sales figures and, customer feedback, to support the product development process, and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders to improve product offerings.
? Response to customer inquiries,?esolution of issues,?nd provision of guidance on product usage.?.
? Presentation of the advantages and features of the product to potential customers,?uilding trust and encouraging adoption.
? Assistance with the development and execution of marketing materials for the product,?uch as brochures,?resentations,?nd online content.
? Participation in training sessions and workshops to share product knowledge and expertise with colleagues and other stakeholders.
? Participation in events,?onferences,?nd other networking opportunities to showcase the product and generate interest.
