Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Cold Call Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities in two critical sectors:

  • Pump Stations for Golf Courses: Engage with golf course superintendents, irrigation specialists, and course management teams to introduce our innovative pump station solutions. (A detailed call script and professional sales training will be provided).

  • Variable Speed Drives (VFDs) for Water/Wastewater & HVAC: Connect with municipalities, facility managers, and service companies to promote our VFD services, which include maintenance and repairs for commercial office HVAC systems. (A customized sales playbook will be developed).

Duties and Responsibilities


?



  • Conduct outbound cold calls, strictly adhering to provided scripts and playbooks.

  • Identify and qualify potential leads, and secure meetings with key decision-makers.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities within HubSpot CRM.

  • Consistently follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into viable business opportunities.

  • Work closely with the sales team to refine and improve call scripts and sales strategies to increase conversion rates.


Requirements



  • Minimum of 1 year of outbound cold calling experience, preferably in B2B sales.

  • Exceptional communication and persuasive skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM software, with HubSpot experience being a strong plus.

  • Ability to quickly learn and follow a structured sales process.

  • Previous experience or knowledge in the golf, irrigation, water, or HVAC industries is advantageous.

  • Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
