Job Description:

As an IT Service Desk Staff member, you will provide remote support to a large retail client. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to general IT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote IT support to clients
  • Assist with basic IT inquiries and support requests
  • Document and track support requests in a ticketing system
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older. Background checks are performed.
  • Basic IT fundamental experience with minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or higher level education (associates or bachelors degree)
  • Minimum internet connection of 20MB
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
