Job Title: 1st Shift Temporary Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker for a temporary project lasting 3-4 months. This position is on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7am-4:30pm with every other Friday off) and will be based in the Product Development part of our facility, where we manufacture, test, and inspect aluminum heat pipes.
Responsibilities
? Install 22,000 helicoils into 300 manufactured devices for a large project.
? Install and tighten nuts, bolts, and other pieces used for each manufactured device.
? Perform light assembly, proof testing, helium testing, and additional intricate assembly as needed.
? Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments throughout the assembly process.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
