In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of PreSale Executives in developing strategic partnerships and executing successful deals for our world-renowned streaming platform. Lead and manage a team of PreSale Executives to develop and execute successful partnerships and deals for Netflix's streaming platform.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, including studios, content creators, and other industry players.

Strategize and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue and growth for Netflix.

Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform and enhance partnership and deal negotiations.

Oversee the execution of complex negotiations, ensuring that all parties are aligned and objectives are met.

Monitor and track performance metrics for partnerships and deals, making adjustments and improvements as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and content acquisition, to ensure deals are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Stay updated on industry developments and trends, and proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for Netflix.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to drive business growth.

Represent Netflix professionally in all interactions with partners and stakeholders, maintaining the company's reputation as a leader in the entertainment industry.
